A: Yes, we can offer a separate contract for interior design service and work with your contractor. But our niche designs and builds as we have an in-house project team and most of our site workers have worked with us for a decade.

Q: Can you let us know your fee for design/build?
A: The fee depends on the required scope of work. We can arrange a Zoom/face-to-face meeting to discuss the scope first, and we will give you a summarise and ballpark figure. Detailed quotations with breakdowns require an in-depth design discussion.
Q: How do you manage the project?
A: We will have regular design and site meetings once a week, with workshops from time to time, especially in the early design period there are a lot of details to discuss. WhatsApp group is essential nowadays to keep you know all the updates. We will do our best to maintain the timeframe and control the cost.
